Services
Prenatal Visits
I recommend getting together twice 1-2 months before your due date to get to know each other.  We will discuss your birth preferences and any fears or concerns you may have.  I would like your birth partner to attend at least one of these meetings.
Birthing Guidance
I will support you physically and emotionally throughout your labor. I will make your birth preferences a priority. I will be a support for the birthing person and the birth partner.  I will help you be an active member of your birth. I will be sure that you have the information you need and that your voice is heard.
Postpartum Support
I will come visit you about a week after your baby is born.  We can talk about the labor, discuss your needs, and decide if any help is needed in your postpartum journey.  A solid postpartum plan and resources are very important for an easier transition for your growing family.
